tampa electric and people’s gas fail again

I’ve blogged about this before but the automated phone system for both Tampa Electric and People’s Gas have gone all fucked up. Again.

When attempting to call to hear your current balance due, you get “Unable to complete your request” from Tampa Electric and “There has been a system problem” from People’s Gas.

Bleah.

Guess I’ll call tomorrow; it usually fixes itself in a day. But it’s still annoying.
