    It’s great to hear that using HmmXP is not illegal in any way. That takes care of any reservations I would have in checking it out.

    I also love ICQ. I made an account last year and used it a lot at one time to talk to this girl, but since she stopped using it and she was my only contact, I haven’t used it in a while, haha. Also thanks for shedding some light on why it’s called ICQ. Never really caught on that it’s like saying, “I seek you.” Quite clever if I do say so myself, haha. I hadn’t realized you could chat with AIM contacts using ICQ. That’s really neat. I guess that explains why when I run a search for people using their email address in Pidgin, I get AIM contacts.
