To use the feed, you don't need to sign up for anything, but you do need a feed reader.

Mozilla Thunderbird has the ability to add feeds, so if you're a Thunderbird user, try that.

Linux terminal feed reader

Newsboat. This is probably already in your distro repository.

If for example you were using Ubuntu, sudo apt install newsboat will install it.
