Five of the better guitar shirts I've seen
Most guitar shirts are dopey, but these are actually pretty cool.
You've basically got three choices when it comes to wearing guitar shirts. You can wear a brand logo. Too boring. You can wear something really "loud". Too annoying. And the third choice is to wear something subtle that has actual character to it. That's what these are.
The first of the five is seen above, Vitruvian Man Guitarist. From a distance it looks like the classic famous sketch by Da Vinci, but then you see the "guitar face" and the guitar and such.
Les Paul / Telecaster / SG / Stratocaster
Simple, to-the-point, not "loud", looks good.
Again, a simple and cool design without being "loud". Not overly pretentious and a good look.
I admit this one is a little nerdy, but still cool. I like the fact it's only black and white, and also like the fact it's not pinned to any specific music genre.
I really like that at first glance you can't tell what this is even if you play guitar. Your eye is first drawn to the black circle, then you see the lines which are the strings, then the bridge and then you recognize it.
Shirts like this are great because it takes a moment to figure out what the image actually is. And once you do figure it out, it makes the wearer look like a clever person. 🙂
