You can recreate this easily with one 85" television (that's slightly over 7 feet) and one laptop or phone sending over the video signal. If you use a phone to do it, that also acts as your remote.

In fact, doing it this way is better than the movie shows it because the movie uses 3 screens and you only need 1.

On an end note, if you actually haven't seen Total Recall from 1990, I mean, c'mon, see it. It's a great flick.
